Why is there no update on my tracking information?

Due to the current COVID lockdowns around Canada, and as a result of the holiday season, orders shipped with Canada Post may experience delays. Once the package leaves our warehouse it's both physically and metaphorically out of our hands so, unfortunately, we're unable to provide you with any updates about your order after it's left our warehouse.

 

If you notice that your order is 14 days past the delivery standard (which you can view by expanding the "delivery details" tab on your Canada Post tracking page) please reach out to our Customer Service team, as this may indicate that the parcel has been misplaced by Canada Post. We will be able to open a ticket on your behalf.
