We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping! Please note that we require 3 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time varies depending on your country or region. Please consider that holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may impact delivery times.
Canadian orders over $59 are eligible for free shipping. Worldwide orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping.
**All order processing and shipping times are in business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.** Occasionally, courier companies may have processing delays, which doesn't mean your package will not arrive. It will depend on the courier's handling time. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded during transit. Canada Post may have different delivery methods for different communities.
**Shipping Details:**
- Canadian other provinces(except ON/QC) orders over $59: Free shipping(For Standard normally 7-14 business days, for Express needs 3-7business days. Might delayed by the shipping carriers. We don't have responsibilities for the delayed.)
- ON/QC orders over $49: Free shipping(For Standard normally 3-7 business days, for Express needs 1-3business days. Might delayed by the shipping carriers. We don't have responsibilities for the delayed.)
- USA orders over $129: Free shipping
- Worldwide orders over $200: Free shipping
**Delivery Details:**
- GTA orders over $59: Free local Delivery (on orders placed before the cutoff time on business days 1pm)
- Montreal orders over $79: Free next day Delivery (on orders placed before the cutoff time on business days 1pm)

Canada Post Parcel Pickup Process (Primary Shipping Mode)

For Condo Addresses:
- Packages are typically placed at the reception or in the mailroom.
- If the condo does not have a mailroom, packages will be placed in the community CP mailbox.
- Condo addresses must include the unit number; otherwise, the package may be returned, and the seller is not responsible for this.

For House Addresses:

Depending on the area, the delivery process might vary:
- Packages may be left at the front door or in the mailbox.
- A pickup notice may be left, requiring the recipient to collect the package from a nearby pickup location.
- If the community has a CP mailbox, the package will be placed there, and the recipient needs to retrieve it.(It is possible that the CP delivery staff will put the pick-up key of the condominium mailbox in the personal mailbox, and you need to take out the key from the personal mailbox and go to the condominium mailbox to pick up the package)
- If the recipient cannot be contacted, the package may be left at a nearby partner pickup point.

- If the package is not collected from the partner pickup point or pickup location within a certain period, it may be returned, and the seller is not responsible for this.

**Tracking Your Order:**
You'll receive a confirmation email/text with a tracking ID and a link to track your package. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for tracking information to show.
**Wrong Address Disclaimer:**
It's the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Contact us immediately at info@cvdtech.ca for corrections(Only before the shipping. If the package is in shipping, please contact the shipping carriers and change the correct address.).
**Returns:**
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refer to our Refund Policy for details.
**Lost/Stolen Packages:**
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received it, report to the shipping carrier. Contact our support team at info@cvdtech.ca for assistance.
